-If you want a custom name only added to the back of your shirt YOU MUST select the 'Size with Name Only' option. Additional $2

- If you want a custom number only added to the back of your shirt YOU MUST select the 'Size with Number Only' option. Additional $2

- If you want both a custom name and number added to the back of your shirt YOU MUST select the 'Size with Name & Number' option. Additional $4

- If the option is not selected, your customization will not be added. 

- What is entered in the text field is what will be put on the shirt. Please double check the information given before you place your order.
