Shipping Policy
-Price for Shipping will be added at checkout
-Shipping will vary depending on weight of product, amount, and distance
-Shipping time is not included in the 5-7 business day turn around. That time frame is for product completion only. Shipping length will depend on shipping distance.
-If returning a shipped item contact store for assistance.
-Sunday and Monday are not business days. Holidays do not count as business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
-All custom order sales are final
- Any returns must be within 5 days of receiving product. You will receive store credit once product is returned and evaluated (item must be returned in original condition with no laundry detergent used on it or the request will de denied).
- Photos seen on a laptop or phone screen may look slightly different from the physical product. Our product matches the image as much as possible, but due to digitalization from physical product to screen there could be a slight color/design difference. We are not responsible for replacing a product based on slight variations that could be lost from screen dis-coloring. If you want better clarification for a product before purchasing, please visit us in store to view the product before ordering online.
