Store Policy

-All custom order sales are final 

- Any returns must be within 5 days of receiving product. You will receive store credit once product is returned and evaluated (item must be returned in original condition with no laundry detergent used on it or the request will de denied). 

- Turn around time for all orders is 5-7 business days. Sunday and Monday are not business days. Holidays do not count as business days. 

- Items being shipped is not included in the turn around time. The turn around time is for product completion only. Shipping will lengthen the time it takes to receive order depending on distance. 

- Prices on our product are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue an item without notice. 

- We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. 

- Photos seen on a laptop or phone screen may look slightly different from the physical product. Our product matches the image as much as possible, but due to digitalization from physical product to screen there could be a slight color/design difference. We are not responsible for replacing a product based on slight variations that could be lost from screen dis-coloring. If you want better clarification for a product before purchasing, please visit us in store to view the product before ordering online. 

- All shirts ordered will be made on Gildan Soft Style (or similar brand). If you would like to request a different brand please contact store before placing your order so that we can assist you in the best way possible. 

- To be Tax Exempt you must provide Tax ID number and must contact the store before purchasing.
